By joining the Wavclub waitlist, you agree to participate in a closed beta program. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Nature of the beta

The beta version of Wavclub is a work in progress. Features may be incomplete, modified, or removed without notice. The platform is provided as-is during this phase.

Your commitment

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Use the platform in good faith for its intended purpose
• Not share your access or attempt to bypass restrictions
• Report bugs or issues to help improve the platform

Feedback

By participating in the beta, you may be invited to share feedback. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve Wavclub without compensation or attribution.

No guarantees

Wavclub makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during the beta period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any data loss or service interruption. Purchases and sales made on the platform remain governed by the full Terms of Service, available at app.wavclub.com/legal.

Changes

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, CIEL NOIR SAS has designated CM2C as its consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris - +33 1 89 47 00 14 - www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php - litiges@cm2c.net. Contact support@wavclub.com first - most issues are resolved at that stage. These beta terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
